Well, today I noticed a charge for $341 on my bank statement. After a bit of digging, I discovered that it was a charge from Bluehost. Yep! That’s right. I just spent $341, right before Christmas, on a blog that Emily and I have used to write exactly 2 posts since 2017. I called to ask about the charge and the very kind rep from Bluehost said at this point you guys just need momentum. Ha ha…you don’t say. He asked me questions like…What do you want the blog to be? Why did you start it? I fumbled around, sounding ridiculous for sure. I was like well, uh, my sister used to write frequently and, uh, her blog did pretty well, and, uh, we wanted to do one together about like lots of things. Geez…how many calls does he get like this? Poor guy! He also told me that this site is actually live, which I didn’t know. He then told me not to worry, no one will see it unless you tell them. I mean it was all I could do not to start laughing on the phone. So…I am about to call Emily and let her know that starting now we need MOMENTUM!!
